Change prepaid plan

Hi, I want to change my prepaid plan from 3 prepay 20 to 3 prepay 15 hero, but the 3 prepaid 15 hero is not shown in the list when I click "change plan"

I can only see this plan in the main list of plan but I'm not sure if buying from the main home is the correct way to change my current plan.

@Esteban_55057 Hi Esteban, you'll be unable to change your plan. The prepay hero plan is not available for current customers. It's only available for new customers joining Three. If you purchase it as a new plan it'll come with a new number.
