Topped up my account to activate the prepay20 plan on 06/03. Suddenly at 1AM tonight mobile data stops working. Check my 3 account and all plan allowances have disappeared. Topped up again to activate the plan as I require mobile data for work overnight, and still no allowances and credit balance is €0 despite my card being charged.
Same thing happened to me and my husband, any luck resolving it? I'm on hold for a digital agent
Same here. Topped up two weeks ago and this morning all allowances are gone
Same with me I topped up this morning my card was charged 20 euro and still I have no credit or allowances
Chargeback with the bank and switching providers is what I'm doing
