@Arhato Hi there & welcome to the Community 😊 When you register from our Amazon subscriptions you should get a text right away to complete your registration. If you log into your My3 account does it show that the subscriptions are pending or complete?
From your My3 account can I get you to cancel the Prime subscription & then re-add it. Once you've got that done you should get a text with a link to complete the subscription if you don't can you pop me a PM with your number, full name, address, & date of birth for the validation of your account? I'll take a closer look at this for you then.
