Hi,
I received an text this morning saying Your Prepay account is about to be deemed Inactive, your service will continue however after a further 90 days of no chargeable usage your credit will expire. To remain active you will need to have a credit reducing activity (Call, text or Data).
My plan is 3 Essential. I topped up with €10 this afternoon and sent a text message.
I hope this can be resolved and/or avoided.
