Hey all, just wondering if when I'm buying a new phone via three but want to keep my old SIM, how do I go about that? Without having to buy a prepay plan in conjunction with the phone, help appreciated thank you.
@DobbyDobberson I can help you with this one! By the sounds of it, you're already a Prepay customer with us so to upgrade your Prepay phone you simply log into your My3 account and follow the steps in there. Re: All About My3 and Prepay will give you more info if you need it 😊
