Call History for previous year

Hi,

Is there somewhere in My3.ie I go to too see my phone call History for this past year?

In my phone it does not go the whole way back to start of the year.

@Add_10345 Hi Dennis & welcome to the 3Community. 

If you're a bill pay customer you can view your bills & see the list of calls for the last 12 months.

If you're a prepay customer when you're logged into your My3 account you'll see an option called 'View Events'. For all our prepay accounts we don't store any information regarding call logs past 120 days. 

For both account types, we only record the calls that you've made we don't store the details of the numbers that have called you.

I'd be happy to help you, to view your events all you need to do is select either calls ot texts on the home screen of My3 and you will be able to view your events.
