Can't add Three as payment option

Hi, 

Three payment option not appearing when I log in via Android app nor gmail account.  Gmail account email address is the same as the email on my Three account.  My Three mobile number is the number on the gmail account.  Is there something else I need to do for it to appear?

I reviewed a number these but for the people you helped it doesn't seem like they did anything, did Three just enabled something so Google payments could occur?

Hi Stacey,

It has sorted itself for me now. No idea why, really.

I followed the same steps as everyone here has already mentioned. 3pay was not available as a payment method in google play nor in the google payment centre after I had removed it. But today it was back in google play as an option and seems. So my own issue is sorted. Can't speak for anyone else.

Thanks for reaching out. I wouldn't have noticed it working again otherwise.
