iPhone 14 stuck on edge/E since arriving in Germany

Took train from Denmark into Germany this morning while on holiday. When not on WiFi data network is E. I’ve manually tried all three available networks and reset network settings as did the Three support staff. Data roaming is on. Worked just fine in Denmark and Ireland before I left.

Firstly after arriving in the new country I would recommend restarting the phone before troubleshooting. After restarting the phone I would also recommend making sure that your network selection is set to Automatic. Once these steps are completed I would recommend going to our device support page here and selecting your device, go to the "How to change network settings" section where you can attempt to select 3G / 4G only to check if this works for you. If these steps don't work I would recommend contacting our Web Messaging team here who will be able to raise a request with the technical team to investigate this further.

Thanks Niall. It seems that once I got near Munich it fixed itself. So not sure if a network issue in Germany or not. Thanks again. You can close this now if needed.
