Can't change my name on My3, went to store, still not workin

I tried to change my name (I got a new name) on my detail on My3 account. Whenever I click save after putting my new name, it goes to an error page.

Went to Three store, the guy helped me change the name, and I want to do the age verification to unlock the adult filter. He seems to do it all and said it should work within 24 hours. 3 days later, nothing changed. My name is still the same, the adult filter is still on. I don't know what else to do if visiting the store could not help me.

Are you getting any errors? Or are you having difficulties with your username or password? Have you previously logging successfully?
