Hey @Ciara_56972 thanks for posting here, have you previously used this card on this account using My3. Before you can use the saved card you will need to make a top up on the number through My3.

1. Each time I try to 'switch account' to my 2nd number there is no option for it, yet I can check my top up history for bpth phone numbers on my account, so it is recognised the 2nd number is there, registered under my name and is being used.
2. Every time I try to set up a recurring top up, whether topping up now or Setring future date +repeat every 28 days, a 'Sorry' page comes up saying check with your bank or check card etc.
How else can I set up because all the 3 phone numbers for different services have not offered me to set up a topup and save my credit card with them for this 2nd phone number.
However, I Was able to save my credit card with my 1st phone number if I want to topup by phone I can do that directly.
How to set up recurring payment in other ways at least?
I was not even able to set up a recurring payment or top up when I added my 2nd number as ' a friend'.
I have just successfully set up a top up for tomoro! I dont know why now it worked after hundreds of times trying on different days!!?
Like there is a glitch and I can only set it up from tomoro -not 'Top up Now'. Can this be checked as a glitch on the site...
Hey @Ciara_56972 thanks for the above comments. I'd be happy to assist you here.
When you are switching between the accounts you will need to make sure that both numbers are added on the app before you can switch between them and make different individual or scheduled top ups on each number.
Before you can save a card to your My3 number you will need to top up via My3 while logged in before the card is saved to your account. Once the card is saved to the number then you can use it for scheduled top ups.
I'm delighted to hear that you were able to save the card on the number and set up the scheduled top up, when you are on the scheduled top up screen you will be able to select the date of the next scheduled top up from the drop down menu.
