Hi @Simon_47526 welcome to 3Community. I'd like to help you here but need more info. Do you have any data indicator at the top of your screen usually you'd see this at the top of your screen next to the batter symbol?
If you don't could you please reboot your phone and try to manually select your network? If you're unsure of how to do this please have a look here at our Device Support, you'll just need to select your phone and click on How to manually select your network.
