I am currently on a billpay plan - ' 3 open 700 24 month ' - charging €39.98 a month. I often find I am going outside of my allowance and end up paying in excess of my bill amount.
I would like to change to a prepay plan - ' 3 Prepay 20 ' for €20 topup each month.
I am wondering if this can be solved online or over the phone by a 3 contributor please?

@Add_06938 Hi there, welcome to 3Community. Tell me, was your new phone bought from 3? If so popping in your Bill Pay SIM card is all you need to do if you're staying on Bill Pay, if you're changing your account to Prepay then some changes need to be made in the background here. Has there been any changes since you posted here on Saturday? We were off over the weekend.
Hi LauraH, I would also like to change from Bill Pay to Pay as you go plan. How can I do that?

Hi @Three_Niall , that for your info. I did that previously (the Web Chat).
The person on the other side then tried to persuade me to stay in Bill Pay and offering some discount in addition (to keep in me in Bill Pay -- to the point that I wonder whether this person get a commision or something from Three if I stay in Bill Pay). Finally, I felt that I could not get through that person.
Then... I asked to be transferred to another agent. What he/she did next was disconnecting the chat. Closing the whole conversation. From my side, the whole experience was off-putting.
That's why I am trying my luck here.
Surely there should be an easier way to switch from Bill Pay to Prepay? And we are talking still within Three (it is not like I am changing network to Vodafone or something)
Hey @Add_54950, sorry to hear about your experience, unfortunately here on the 3Community we don't process Bill Pay to Prepay swaps however I would recommend contacting 1913 where our customer care team can get this sorted for you..
