I changed plan to e25 and topped up. Would not activate but charged my bank. Had to top up again. How do I get a refund 🤔

I'd love to look into this for you to see what has happened here. Firstly I would recommend checking your My3 account where you can view your top-up history and the recent amounts that were applied to the account. If you are seeing a duplicate top up in your bank account and not in My3, this may show in your pending section on your banking app and this would be returned directly by your bank. If you are seeing two charges on the My3 app pop through to me here on PM along with your full name, mobile number, address and date of birth and I can check the account here for you.
