Hey @Add_20625 thanks for posting here. Firstly I would recommend checking that you have an active plan. If you don't have an active plan your credit will be used on Calls, Texts and Data. Alternatively if you are on an in life plan then your credit will not appear on your account when you top up by the minimum activation amount and instead will purchase your plan for 28 days.
