Credit gone and no data despite being within 3prepay bundle

My scheduled top-up happened 9 days ago so I am still well within my 3 prepay bundle. I woke up this morning and found that my credit is gone and I no longer have access to mobile data. It seems this is a widely reported issue, please help.

The issue has now been fully resolved, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you're still unable to use services as normal, please restart your device, and your service should resume. We can confirm that no customer will lose credit due to this issue, and Three is working to ensure that any impacted customers are credited appropriately in the coming days.
