Topped up on the 13/03, woke up this morning and it's saying all my credit is gone.
I'm not even new to Three, I've been using this service for years and have never had this trouble.
Exactly same thing happened to me this morning topped up last Thursday and have made no calls since and now say credit is gone
The same also happened to me this morning. I should be well within my bundle, just topped up 9 days ago. Now I my credit is gone and I don't have data access.
It seems like we're not the only people that this has happened to so hopefully this issue should get fixed. In the meantime, screenshot anything relevant to show as proof.

The issue has now been fully resolved, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you're still unable to use services as normal, please restart your device, and your service should resume. We can confirm that no customer will lose credit due to this issue, and Three is working to ensure that any impacted customers are credited appropriately in the coming days.
