Data Topup Didn't Work

I topped up the day before my 20 unlimited plan ended and it didn't update, instead eating my credit. I had to top up again to make this post and not sure if this is also being ate. So help would be appreciated thank you.

 I topped up twice on my 3 account and didn’t get my top up, I done it again and still no top 40 I spent and I still have not got anything? Can u fix this

Hey @Stephen_32707 , thanks for posting here, depending on your plan, if you are on the 3 Prepay 20 Plan and you top up by €20 then your plan will be activated for 28 days from the date that you topped up and isn't added to your balance. If you are looking to add credit to your balance you would need to top up by less than the activation amount for the plan not to be activated.
