When checking my bank statements, I found that I have been double-charged when topping up my son's phone via MiPay. Why?
Hi Stacey, Thanks for prompt response. The double charge appeared on my finance app, and that's where the screenshot came from. But I have since checked with the actual bank statement, and it lists the payment just once. It seems therefor to be a quirk of the financing app when it downloads from the bank. So all is good after all – thanks!
Hi @David_31418, I'd be happy to look into this for you so that I can decide what steps will need to be taken, can you confirm whether your son's number is registered? If it is, is it registered in your name or his?
