I have tried requesting an eSIM and though I got the email saying it has been activated, the email does not bring a QR code… all the images and links seem to be broken, and I have checked the email in both my phone and computer … I am very dissapointed because the answer I got in the chat was to request it again… I have no service in my phone due to this since I made the request
Thanks for clarifying @Anneke_02384 , the reason I asked is because you advised you are having the same issue in the original message which was using the iPhone's mail app.
As you are using the Gmail App can you provide me with more details with what is happening or alternatively our web messaging team can help you here
I am having the exact same issue. Ive opened it on several apps and browsers of the native email provider and no success. I am not able to get the QR to show up. Can you suggest something else instead of just trying to open the email in another browser please?
Hey @Add_84844 thanks for posting here, are you getting the same "Email is not displaying correctly?" error as in the original post. Is this error appearing in the native app of the email provider eg Gmail for Google etc
