Free credit message from 50333

Hi I got a message from 50333 to reply for 10e free credit but I didn't get the credit

That's strange, I'd be happy to look into it for you. When did you receive the text and when did you reply as requested?

I got the text on March 2nd at 12.50pm and I replied at 12.51pm. see

            I also received an SMS message allegedly from (50333} Three on 28th July offering me a €20 free top up.

Did not receive the Top Up

Replied and got other message as

But didn't get it.
