Has PayPal been removed as an option when topping up?

Topped up last month or the month before online using PayPal as payment method but the option is no longer there.

Only option available no is to add a card to your account.

Is it an error that PayPal isn't showing as an option or was it removed?

If it was removed why? And are there any plans to bring it back?

I just had a look and PayPal is still available, if you click here and scroll to the bottom you'll see it.
