Hi - I was on the old All You Can Eat for €20 top-up. I switched to Three Connect Complete today. Prior to switching a put €25 into my account via top-up online.
When I was switching it asked me to top up again... which was odd for me given I have €25 in my account already. I then topped up with €5 to get through the process of switching plans.
My account still has €30 and although my plan has changed it has not been activated. How do I get it to activate and charge my account the €25 for the plan?
I see that my €30 I have loaded will expire and I don't want that to happen!

Hey @IanMcShane, when you are activating your plan you won't be able to do this using credit already on your balance as you will need to top up by the activation amount in one transaction to activate the plan. I can understand your situation and I'd love the chance to look into this further for you and see can we get this resolved for you.

Same problem might go back to eir my plan is 25 eruo and my account had 20 so top up 10 and it's still not working
Welcome to 3Community @Brooklyn_46168. Prepay plans are activated when you top up by the required amount in one go. So, if you are on Three Total Talker, your plan is activated when you top up by a full €20 in one go, or if you are on Three Complete, the plan is activated when you top up by €25 in one go.
