I only used it for 10 days after top-up, but after top-up again, a new prepaid plan has started. I don't think it's carried over, can I cancel the payment?

Do you still need assistance with your query? If you do I'd be more than happy to help😊 Prepay plans automatically activate if you top up by a specific amount. For example, if you're on the 3 Prepay 20 plan and top up by 20 the plan will automatically activate.
