I am wondering if my phone number will get deactivated if I left it unused for a period of time. If that is true, may I know how long I can keep a line idle without it getting deactivated, and what I can do to maintain it?
@Add_11276 Hi there, your SIM card will become inactive after 6 months of non-usage. To keep your SIM active I would suggest topping up once every 6 months & making one chargeable call or text. I would suggest putting a reminder on your phone as if you miss this window your number will start the recycling process.
