If my data is limited to 1GB, what is all you can eat?

 New customer on prepay 15 which is supposed to have all you can eat data, unlimited calls and texts.  The app and website say I am limited to 1GB data, 60 texts and 1000 minutes of calls.

Is this outright false advertising or are the app and website wrong?

@James_01248 Hi James, our 3 Prepay 15 plan comes with 1GB of data. Click here to see the full list of allowances for the plan. The Prepay 15 plan is the only plan that doesn't have All You Can Eat Data. If this data allowance isn't enough for you, you can change your plan to our 3 Prepay 20 or 3 Prepay 30 plan via your My3 account. Or if you like I can do it here for you.

I can't change plan through the app or website because of the above error.

Can you please switch me to the €20 plan?  I've already toped up by €30.

@James_01248 No problem I can change your plan for you. Can I get you to PM me your number along with your full name, address, & date of birth for the validation of your account?

@James_01248 Thanks for the details, James. As your current plan is still active you'll lose the plan allowances & you'll be required to top-up by the new plan allowance €20 to activate the plan. Are you ok with me switching the plan over now for you?

So I just lose the €30 I've already paid in?

If I change the plan now, yes you'll lose the current plan allowances. I can see your plan is due to expire on the 8/11. If you'd like to get the full value out of your current plan you can pop back to me then to change the plan before you top-up.
