Internet slows down during the evening and night

Hi, 

I am using prepay, 20€ monthly so I get all you can eat data. Internet slows down to less than a Mb when downloading. Why is this happening? It happens every day. 

I tried to get some help online but they are blaming my device and my area. My area is covered even with 5G.

How is this happening? This is literally a SCAM. No help at all.

Any help, guys? Three doesn't seem too bothered to help, they just get the money and that's it.

pHi @Add_01332 👋 thanks for getting in touch. So let's take a look!  Can you tell me where exactly this is happening, is it everywhere or a specific area?  Is it just your data that is affected or are you having difficulties with calls and texts too?
