I've had a look at your account and your right your plan requires a top up of €20 to activate your plan.

Hi @Cammie 👋 thanks for getting in touch. Of course, I'll help you with this. It sounds like your first top up didn't activate your data plan, so your credit got used by data usage.

 

To be sure what happened I'd need to take a look at your account, please PM me your name, number, full address and date of birth so that I can pull up your account.
