I normally top up within the required 180 day period and rely on the reminder text to do this. My credit balance of €83 was taken as a credit adjustment as the 180 days had expired on the 21st of December but I did not receive any text notification beforehand as normal to state that my balance would expire. I topped up when I realised I could not make or receive calls but my previous credit is not showing in addition to the top up amount.
Can you please let me know what I need to do to get back my previous balance as it is a significant amount and I need this credit to communicate as I do not have a landline.
