I made two top-up payments of €20 each (a total of €40). However, I only see one payment reflected on my account. It looks like one of the payments was applied to this month’s plan, since I can see the updated service limits. But I don’t see where the second payment went.
At the moment, my balance is still showing as €0. Could you please check and clarify what happened to the second payment?

I'll be happy to help you here, If you are on the 3 Prepay 20 plan and you top up by €20 your credit will be used to purchase your plan for 28 days from the day you top up. If you have topped up twice today this would mean that your allowances would have been extended by 28 days from today.
If you are looking to add credit to your balance you would need to top up by less than your plan activation amount.
