Money gone

I just woke up to message saying all my data is gone, I logged into the three app and it say that at night it all was used on GPRS… I was asleep for hours. Can anyone from support help here? I need my data back (all 47euro of it) to be able to work…

 

I did a 20euro top up around 10 days ago but I can’t use the all you can eat data anymore…

On twitter it states the problem was resolved. It’s not, as my account still shows 0euro left. I got the all you can eat data back but credit is zero… the mentioned (on twitter) reboot of the device makes no sense at all… it’s the network issue, not hardware issue. Can I get someone from support to look into my account and return the 47euro if credit back? Thanks.

The issue has now been fully resolved, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you're still unable to use services as normal, please restart your device, and your service should resume. We can confirm that no customer will lose credit due to this issue, and Three is working to ensure that any impacted customers are credited appropriately in the coming days.
