My balance hasn’t returned after the technical fault

I’m not sure how much I exactly had but I believe it was around €10, but now it’s still saying my balance is 0! Even though three are claiming that the balance of affected customers was restored?????

Hey @Cliona_17232 , thanks for posting here. 

While the issue has now been resolved,  Three is working to ensure that any impacted customers are credited appropriately in the coming days.
