My scheduled top up didn't happen, all credit gone. Fix it

Due an auto top up yesterday, it didn't happen and now it's taken all my credit from background data.

 

Sort out the schedule and restore the credit

My schedule top-up never happened today either. I didn't have credit to lose luckily. I removed the scheduled top-up for now and will manually top-up to avoid a double top-up but would be nice if you could make the schedule top-up reliable.

We have been made aware that a number of scheduled top-ups were not processed yesterday. Our technology team are investigating this and as soon as I have more information on this I will pop back here to this thread. 

 

Same issue just happened to me this morning. I'm now without internet access for the rest of the day, as it's the sunday of a bank holiday weekend I'm not sure when the scheduled top up will occur (borrowing neighbours WiFi to see about sorting issue) lost over a hundred euros in credit to something updating overnight.

Same here for both me and my partner, just got a message saying balance is low and cut off from Internet

Op here. Happened again this week. But wasn't aware until this morning when our and needed credit. However three charged my credit card on March 12 but haven't applied credit. 

 

Top up is not working at all now. So please apply my top up and refund all the credit that should not have been used since

@Three_Niall hi please fix this issuse with my credit and allowances disappearing asap, completely unacceptable on st patrick bank holiday, my accout was topped up by 20€ on thursday 13th leaving me with 30€ credit with all you can eat data, last night all of a sudden i have no credit or allowances no internet access. had to top up over the phone with 20€  i really couldnt afford to spend to see whats going on. this is an absolute disaster. in regards to compensation am i getting my 30€ credit restored and a refund on the 20 i was forced to purchace to regain my internet and phone call usuage or are three going to be unethical?

I was
