Since upgrading my account, I haven't been able to access My3 fully. When I log in, the main dashboard shows loading for a few seconds, then the below error shows up.
The more details just says something went wrong. From the browser URL it looks like it's failing to get one of the products or something similar.
error.html?statusCode=500&errorCode=OperationFailed&errorMessage=[retrieveProductConfiguration]%20operation%20failed&errorUUID=59f162fc-fae9-4a72-8&name=SystemError
This isn't a browser caching issue/history issue as the exact same problem occurs on the My3 App on Android for me, I haven't tried on iOS.

I have the same problem.
I can't log in from the app, but I log in from the website but I get an error 500
I'm having the same issue.
