Negative credit adjustment on account

Hi there,

Very similar to this situation Three emptied my account, stole €21, left me with ... - 3Community - 791725.I tried to make a call out only for the a message to tell me I do not have sufficient credit on my account. Confused and worried I topped up by €10 with a text message telling me I had a new balance of €10.01

I checked the balance and I see the following

Credit Adjustment

Absolutely no forewarning or anything about disappearing credit. I'm not very happy with this situation, there was no waring pre or post the credit adjustment and after topping up the balance just disappeared and even after topping up it didn't reappear.
