Webtext failing to txt all numbers in groups (<50)

I've sent the same short txt to 5 groups each = < 50 numbers. All have reduced the balance by less than numbers in group and list of numbers vanishes before I can copy them to determine which ones were not sent. Could the list of sucessful txts be made available after each send so it could be put into a file to sort missing ones and resend ?

Ahhh I understand now @57thCork, you're suggesting that the pink pop up box have a copy function added to it. I think this is a great idea and would love you to add it to your Ideas Board

I'm reaching out to the team to see if this could be added, as I agree this could be useful to those like yourself sending to a large number.

Hi @57thCork thanks for reaching out to us here on 3Commuity.  We don't store records of sent webtexts, once a message is sent it is deducted from the allowance but we don't store the details of the sent message.

Hi Three Stacey

I'm just suggesting that the list of sucessful niumbers which are always displayed for a short time after a txt is sent, be made available to copy for the sender so any failed ones can be identified. Thanks for a great service.

Hi 57thCork, Is webtext working for you now? Because it doesn't work for me at all and I was just wondering if your issue was solved? Thanks, Alan

Hi @alanmccormack to alert another user you'll need to put @ before their username, this will alert them that you're speaking to them.
