New prepay customer

hi,

I received my prepay 15 sim today and it seems to be working fine. However, on checking my credit card account, it appears I have been charged twice for this ie 15 euro has been debited twice. Would it be possible to rectify this please. I can supply further details if required.

Did you purchase your 3 Prepay 15 sim card online by any chance? Let me know I'd love to help you with this.

 

Yes, I ordered the sim card online on the Three website and paid using my credit card. As I said, the card was debited twice for 15 euro.
