No promotional credit applied

Hi,

I got a text from 3

"Your next top up is due in 3 days. Top up now by €20 using Auto Top Up and get €10 in bonus credit. Earn up to €60 in bonus credit with your next 6 scheduled top ups. Auto Top Up now at 3.ie/10c To optout of marketing messages, text OPTOUT to 50333."

So i clicked the link and set up scheduled top up via it.  My account was charged and top up purchased but i never received the  bonus credit

Im having same issue as well... I got the text followed the link was told to wait 48hrs, that was on Tuesday and I still haven't had the credit added. Today is Saturday! 😭
