Old plans

I was with 3 in 2021, I changed provider and made a mistake, I came back to three this month. What brought me back to three was when I was with them if I topped up by 20 euro I then had that 20 euro to spend on the play store. Now after coming back when I top up by 20 it is immediately gone. Is it possible to go back to the old plan?

I'm delighted to hear you have come back to Three. Unfortunately, you cannot revert back to the legacy plan you were on before leaving Three. Legacy plans are only available to customers who are currently on this plan and these are unavailable to customers joining the network.
