Hey @K_36951 thanks for posting here, to keep a prepay number active you would need to top up your number every 6 months to stop this from going dormant. If you are abroad this can be done by logging into My3

Hi  have an inactive Sim on my business account that needs to be cancelled. I am being charged a monthly fee.

I tried with Three team some months ago to cancel this but I am still being charged.

Any Help
