Last month (November), while adding a text bundle I mistakenly texted ‘TEXT’ instead of ‘Add Text’ to 50272.
This changed my plan from BeFree TALK(which I’ve always used) to BeFree TEXT.
I tried to change plan back to BeFree TALK via my account but couldn’t.
I tried to change plan back via text but couldn’t.
Went to a Three store and they told me to ring 1913.
I’ve rang 1913 3 times in the last 3 weeks and each time I’ve been told it would be changed back soon.
I can’t even use Webtext, cause that’s down since November.
It’s now week 3 without being sorted, can you tell me what the problem is please?

I see that your plan has successfully been changed back to BeFree Talk. To activate your plan, all you'll need to do is top up with €20 in one go and your unlimited calls to Irish networks and landlines will be available for 28 days, deducting €10 from the €20 top up.
