I am a vodafone customer and ordered and received a three SIM last week with the new prepay hero plan. I have been unable to port since. When I spoke to an agent on Thursday last week they tried sending verification texts to both my new temporary 3 number and my own number on vodafone. Neither texts came through so they didn't port me and they escalated the issue. I have requested a porting code numerous times on your website and never received a text. I really need to port asap as I need to be able to make calls from my own number and not the temporary three number. How can I procced? Thanks.
