Refund Request - Accidental Top-Up

Hi! I accidentally bought two €20 top-ups as I was unaware that the first one had been processed. Is there any way to get a refund on these? I have not used any of the data or texts/calls (and I can’t use credit as €20 no longer gives credit, but merely activates data).
