Refund Request – Incorrect Top-Up Applied

Hello,

 

I would like to request a refund of €40 for two top-ups of €20 each made on 31 May and 1 June.

 

I selected a different phone number for both top-ups, but the credit was applied to my own number instead. This happened twice, despite choosing the other number each time.

 

Please process the refund as soon as possible.
