Refund on Credit Balance

I have built up a credit balance of over €120 on my prepay SIM. I received a text message this morning about how if I am leaving for another network then I can be refunded this balance (minus an admin fee of €10.45). How do I go about this and how is the credit returned? The original payment card?  Thank you for any info on this

@Add_52023 Hi there, to get your credit balance refunded you'll need to call our care team on freephone 1913. The agent will take your bank details & start the refund process. You must request a refund within three months from the date that you port out.
