I made three Top Ups by mistake, how do I request a refund?
Hi @Felipe_93505, I'd love to help you with this. I just have a couple of questions, were all 3 of the top ups on the same number? Have they all applied?
@Felipe_93505 have all three of the top ups completed or are they pending? Did you get an error on screen when you were topping up?
