Roaming data not added

Hi, my wife has put over €100 on her account in an attempt to add a €35 roaming data package. The balance keeps disappearing.

Similarly, I put €40 on my account to add the same €35 roaming package. But €20 was automatically taken to replenish my package, which hadn't expired yet. I put an extra €15 on and rushed through purchasing the add on just to post this! Any chance of making you're system more transparent?
