Scheduled Topup was due to be processed yesterday, Friday 6th, but it didn't go through, and all my remaining credit was used up. Can anything be checked about this?

The card you're using for top up has it recently expired or been updated for any reason @Add_07039? The reason I ask is if the card has changed the new card details would need to be added to your My3 account.
