Scheduled top-up confusion

Hi there,

 

Scheduled top-ups used to work flawlessly but recently it's becoming really confusing. I got a text on 24th July that my auto top up was unsuccessful (not sure why because my cc is up to date on my account and there are funds). Now when I looked on my profile on the web version, in the scheduled top up tab, it says there is a top up scheduled for 26th July , today. 

Should this 26/07 top up be happening today? If so when?

Delighted to hear that the scheduled top-up went through however I'd love to look into this further for you and also check that your scheduled top-up is due on the correct date next month. Fyi, it just renewed now at 8:30 AM which is fine. The only thing is that I stayed yesterday on the 25th with no service. Very confusing why your system texted me on 24th it failed to auto top up , to then do it on 26th. Please let me know if you need further information.
