Text fails to send

Hi, I am on the €20 pay as you go plan. I am trying to enter a radio competition by text. The number is five digits long but my messages always fail to send. Can anyone tell me why this is please? Are these numbers blocked

from this plan? If I previously opted out (which I don’t think I did), can I opt back in? Thanks.

Hey @Josie15 , I'd be happy to help you here, firstly I would recommend checking that you have enough credit on your account as some of these competition require an out of bundle charge.

If this hasn't worked pop through to me here on PM along with your full name, number, address and date of birth and I can check to see if there are any blocks on the account.

Hi Niall, I am having the same problem. I just topped up by 20 and there is enough money in my account. Can you please help me to unblock my SIM too?

Hey @SarCar thanks for posting here, if you are looking to contact premium services I would recommend checking your balance on My3 as these services are not included in the SMS allowance. If you are on the 3 Prepay 20 Plan and you top up by €20 the credit is used to activate your plan so you would need to top up by less than €20 to add credit to your balance.
