Hi,
something seems to be wrong at a Three-system.
Prepaid € 20 on June 23rd (€15 Plan and + €5 on my Balance), so that expired July 21st.
As I only top-up when I expect some more data use outside of my house, I did not do that.
It left me with € 8,15 of balance, which it still shows now on My3.
However, I just now got a text from Three saying my € 3,15 Balance will expire on August 13th.
So, € 5 less then my Balance actually is, and why would it expire on that date ?
Can you please look into that, obviously wrong, communication from Three please.
